Christopher Black has over 25 years of management and human capital consulting experience. His roles as a global strategic human resources leader at GE, PWC and Nokia have been the foundation for his awareness of the many challenges Leaders face addressing Strategy, Change Management and Organization Effectiveness challenges.
Chris has been recognized for utilizing his relationship building skills, versatility, and business acumen to translate business strategy into value-added human resource solutions. He has implemented programs to support business strategy for various clients in the following areas: Human Resources Strategy, Talent Management/Succession Planning, Change Management, Organization Effectiveness, Performance Management Strategic Business Planning, Key Account Management (KAM), Executive Coaching, Team Coaching, Leadership Development, and Mergers and Acquisitions. Other Certifications and Assessments include: GE Change Acceleration Program (CAP), Team Assessments from Team Coaching International (TCI) , WorkTeam Concepts Certification, various 360 Leadership Assessments, DiSC Personality Assessments, and Myers Briggs Personality Assessments.
Chris earned a BBA from The College of William & Mary and an MBA from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business. He has completed international exchange programs at Cambridge University, and the Stockholm School of Economics. Chris is also a graduate of the two-year rotational GE Human Resource Leadership Program (HRLP).
